With over 35 years of field experience, including two decades as a professional geologist, Justin leads EFU’s exploration programs with a strong foundation in both technical geology and field operations. His career includes key roles in two bulk sampling programs—serving as Senior Underground Geologist at Meliadine West (Nunavut) and as Site Supervisor at Brucejack (Northwest BC). Justin’s deep expertise across Canada’s geological landscapes—from remote tundra to mountainous terrain—ensures efficient, results-driven field execution and project leadership.
Jennifer brings over 40 years of administrative and business management experience to EFU. Her background spans banking, small business operations, transitional housing, and healthcare administration. Holding a diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services, she also brings a human-centered, organizational approach to logistics and operations. Jennifer plays a vital role in ensuring seamless back-office coordination, financial oversight, and day-to-day logistics for EFU’s exploration programs.
A multidisciplinary applied scientist with more than 35 years of field and technical experience, Steve leads EFU’s geospatial and remote sensing initiatives. His expertise covers a broad range of natural resource projects across Canada and the U.S., with a specialized focus on GIS-based exploration planning, spatial analysis, and field data integration. Steve’s analytical capabilities support EFU’s precision-driven exploration strategies and inform critical decision-making in project development.
